A group of alumni, highly established in their careers, got together to visit their uni lecturer. The casual conversation soon turned into one with endless complaints abt stress at work and life in general. Offering his guests coffee, the lecturer went to the kitchen and returned with a large pot of coffee and an assortment of cups consisting of porcelain, plastic, glass, plain-lookin ones and expensive and exquisite ones. He told them to help themselves to the coffee.
When all the students had a cup of coffee in hand, the lecturer said, ''If you have noticed, all the nice-lookin, expensive cups were taken up, leaving behind the plain and cheaper ones. While it is normal for u to want only the best for yourselves, unknowingly, that is the source of ur problems and stress. What all of u really wanted was coffee, not the cup, but you consciously went for the better cups and were eyeing on each other's cups. Now, let's say if life is coffee, then the jobs, money and societal status are the cups, they are juz tools to hold and contain life, but the quality of life remains unchanged. Sometimes, by concentrating only on the cup, we fail to enjoy the coffee in it.''
Hence, don't let the cups drive you...enjoy the coffee instead.

These couples were good Christians, they were so dedicated to God theyacquired a lot of properties like lands, house properties, etc.
As their legal adviser, before their death, the husband Mr. MorrisThompson instructed me to write his WILL. Because they had onedaughter who also died with them. some of their properties in London(England)have to be sold and the money be given out to a ministry forthe work of God. As their legal adviser,the documents for the properties were in my care. He gave me the authority to sell the properties and give out the fund to the Ministries for the work ofGod.
I sold these properties after their death, And as matter of fact,after I sold these properties, I realized more than 20,000,000.00Million British Pounds plus), and what supposed to be the percentage interest of my right legal fee was firstly deducted by me out of thetotal amount realized from the sold properties, this was base on the initial agreement between me and the owner of the properties before his death. Therefore the total amount left to be invested into God'swork as instructed by the owner, is 20,000,000.00 Million British Pounds only. But Instead of giving the main fund out for the work ofGod as instructed to me by the owner before his death. I converted the fund to myself with the intention of investing the fund abroad for my personal use. I was afraid of putting the fund in the Bank, because I have to give account to the bank on how I got the money. I then packaged the fund in consignments and deposited the consignments witha security company. I did not want the management of the SecurityCompany to know the content of the consignments, therefore I registered the content of the consignments as Gold Bars. Now, the security company believes that what I deposited with them was GoldBars.
I had encounter with Christ when Pastor Benny Hinn was preaching on television concerning Ananias and Saphira in Acts 5:1-11. After hearing the word of God, I gave my life to Christ and became a born again Christian. As a born again Christian, I started reading my bible and one day, the Lord opened my eyes to Ezekiel 33: 18 and 19. From the scripture, I discovered that the only way I could have peace in my life is to do what is lawful and right by giving out the fund as instructed for the work of God by the owner before his death.
I have asked God for forgiveness and I know that God have forgiven me. But I have to do what is lawful and right in the sight of God by giving out the fund to the chosen ministry or charitable organisation for the purpose of God's work as instructed by the owner before his death.
After my fasting and prayers, I asked God to make his choice and direct me to a honest Christian or the chosen ministry that deserves this fund by his Grace. I then came across your address on the Internet as I was browsing through a Christian site, after my fervent prayer over it, then i nominated you, and I then decided to contact you for the fund to be used wisely for things that will glorify the name of God.
I have been able to move the consignment containing the funds to Amsterdam (The Netherlands) and i have notified the Security Companywhere I deposited the consignments that contained the fund inAmsterdam (The Netherlands), that I am moving the consignment abroad. HAPPY 2006!! =)
may dis yr be a blessing to u all.. whom had a dreadful 2005!! hehe.. i noe i din have a dreadful 2005... it was.... endurable... hehe.. 1st yr which i started working.. & i learnt a lot frm work, family, frns.. spiritually.. mentally...
may 2006 bring lotsa joy & happiness as we cont to grow in e Lord!! =)
God has given us great and precious promises, and the apostle Paul tells us that God's promises are 100% trustworthy and reliable (2 Corinthians 1 : 20). There's no better way to start your day than with the Word of God.
When God has spoken in the form of a promise, these promises are open to all who believe; they are to be claimed by faith. There are promises in the form of assurances related to our salvation (John 1 : 12), forgiveness (1 John 1:9), and victory over temptation (1 Corinthians 10 : 13).
These are promises for every believer to affirm and claim personally, and those promises that we can claim in Jesus' name are guaranteed and will be performed for us by God for His glory (John 14 : 13-14; 2 Corinthians 1 : 20).
The Bible tells us that God loves everyone, and He wants each and every person to have a relationship with Him. Our trust in God and His promises must spur us on to take share the word with others, in a world that is in great need to know the truth of the gospel.
We have not received the spirit of the world but the Spirit who is from God, that we may understand what God has freely given us.

tho i couldn't go ard mixing wif every1, i do hope u guys all had a great time eating & bonding ya...
& yupz.. i had a spilting headache due 2 e wine.. but got home juz fine.. thanz 4 all e concern!! =)
since i'm officially one yr older again.. i have no choice but to accept e fact rite?? heh heh... but i'm always young at heart!! & oso in looks?? lolz.... *pukes*

although it was a hard time to recover, but God had watched over us right?
